Your responsibilities will include:

1. Creating and developing your own client base
2. Understanding and managing each client’s requirements
3. Creating trusting and long-lasting relationships with your candidates
4. Developing new leads and finding inventive ways to do so
5. Arranging client meetings to build relationships and improve our visibility within the market.
