Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle within technology or renewable energy.
  • Developing and nurturing long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted recruitment partner.
  • Proactively sourcing and engaging top-tier candidates through headhunting, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Managing and negotiating the end-to-end offer process to secure placements.
  • Mentoring and coaching junior consultants, helping to drive team success.
  • Driving business development efforts to expand market presence and identify new opportunities.

  • Proven track record in recruitment.
  • Strong business development and client management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Working Model:Office based - Monday to Thursday (8:30am – 5:30pm) Friday (8:30am – 4pm)
