Job Title: Recruitment Consultant / Senior Recruitment Consultant / Principal Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £32,000 to £42,000 per annum plus commission (up to 25%, uncapped and no threshold) and benefits

Due to continued success and expansion, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant (all levels considered) to join our team.

The Role:
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant (all levels considered), you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, developing strong client relationships, and delivering top-tier recruitment services. This is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional with a proven track record to thrive in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to offer negotiation.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
3. Develop new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and strategic sales initiatives.
4. Provide expert advice to clients and candidates on market trends, salary expectations, and hiring strategies.
5. Mentor and support junior consultants to help them achieve their targets.
6. Achieve and exceed revenue targets and KPIs.
7. Utilize recruitment tools and platforms effectively to source and attract top talent.

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in a recruitment consultant role, ideally in Engineering and/or Manufacturing - not essential
2. Strong track record of success in business development and/or client management.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
5. Driven, target-oriented, and results-focused mindset.
6. Knowledge of recruitment software and social media platforms is a plus.
7. Driving licence & own transport.
