What youll be doing

• Effectively plan daily/weekly actions & initiatives to meet and exceed targets
• Self manage the full recruitment life cycle of all active roles
• Search and network in industry, to ensure you maintain a hotlist of the best candidates available in your market
• Manage client relationships, building trust and gaining client commitment through regular contact
• Engage clients to understand their needs, consulting and selling the most appropriate solutions
• Lead by example (as a senior team member) demonstrating consistent fee performance, activity, and exceptional attitude
• Provide input and collaborate with the leadership team on business development projects and initiatives

Skills & Qualities were looking for

• Demonstrable successful track record in recruitment
• The passion and hunger to want to develop your recruitment career
• An inspiring work ethic, one that can bring energy to our workplace
• Industry knowledge or experience in any of the following areas is considered advantageous
  Fluid Power | Flow Control | Precision Engineering | Valves | Compression | Automation
