We are at an exciting point of growth and are looking for a Senior Recruitment Business Partner with experience in the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) space to join our expanding recruitment team and support recruitment needs on Highways, Infrastructure and Operations & Maintenance projects. We are looking for someone who wants to join a growing team, has a positive can-do attitude combined with strong recruitment experience and a desire to succeed through hard work.
We are recruiting for an experienced Internal Recruitment or Talent Acquisition Business Partner with a background recruiting in the O&M sector. You'll bring your knowledge and technical expertise, to balance between managing high-volume, fast paced roles in unionised environments, to senior level & strategic roles where you're head-hunting expertise is required. You will have a collaborative, innovative and empowering approach which can influence change and engage others.
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager for Consulting & Operations and Transportation, you will take ownership for the recruitment of key areas predominantly within the highways division. You shall facilitate the end-to-end recruitment process, providing a positive candidate, hiring manager experience and strong stakeholder management in a complex joint venture set up.
We offer a Hybrid work model. The role will be based out of the Egis head office in Southwark, with regular travel between the project sites across the UK will be required.
