We are seeking a dynamic Senior Recruitment Advisor to join our HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a role where they can shape and grow a recruitment strategy, bring fresh ideas to the table, and make a tangible impact on the company's success. As the most senior recruitment person within the company, you will have the autonomy to drive the recruitment process, deliver exceptional results, and work closely with key stakeholders to attract the best talent.

What you'll be doing:

  • Own the Recruitment Function: As the senior talent lead, you will take full ownership of the recruitment function, designing and implementing strategies to attract top candidates across various roles, from apprentices to senior leadership.

  • Be a Trusted Partner: Work alongside hiring managers to understand their business objectives and talent needs, providing tailored recruitment strategies that meet both short- and long-term goals.

  • Drive Innovation and Growth: Bring new ideas and approaches to recruitment, using data-driven insights and the latest recruitment technologies to continuously improve our process.

  • Coach and Develop: Provide guidance and best practice recruitment advice to hiring managers, ensuring alignment with company values and behaviours. You will also be responsible for mentoring the Recruitment Co-Ordinator and overseeing the ATS system.

  • Manage Strategic Relationships: Build strong relationships with external recruitment partners and providers, including LinkedIn, SHL, and careers fair organisers.

  • Create and Implement Recruitment Campaigns: Own our recruitment strategy and build the company's brand through social media, LinkedIn, career fairs, and more.

  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage recruitment metrics, market trends, and competitor analysis to drive process improvements, making data-driven decisions to optimise recruitment efforts and cost efficiencies.
You will have:

  • Significant experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end recruitment for a range of roles.

  • Strong experience in managing relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment providers.

  • A passion for innovation and the ability to bring fresh, creative ideas to the recruitment process.

  • Expertise in using recruitment technology (ATS, LinkedIn, SHL) and data analysis to optimise recruitment strategies.

  • The autonomy to build and own recruitment projects that align with our broader business goals.

  • The ability to coach and mentor others, developing the recruitment team to deliver exceptional results.

  • A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Why Join Us?

  • Autonomy and Influence: As the most senior recruitment professional in the company, you will have the freedom to shape and drive the recruitment function.

  • Opportunity for Growth: You will have the chance to expand and develop your own strategies, making a direct impact on the business's talent acquisition approach.

  • Supportive Environment: You will be part of a dynamic HR team that is dedicated to developing talent and driving business success.
