Balfour Beatty is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to contribute to the Net Zero Teesside project based at our new site in Redcar, Teesside.
As a site-based recruitment specialist for Balfour Beatty, your primary role is to lead the recruitment activities for the Net Zero Teesside project. You will act as a recruitment expert, demonstrating technical expertise, sector-specific knowledge, and strong influence among stakeholders and hiring managers. Your responsibilities encompass the entire recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on local talent initiatives and sourcing a diverse candidate pool.
