Our client is seeking a Senior Front Office Recruiter to support their Investment Banking client with all Equities related vacancies. The role is 5 days a week in their central London office.
Responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership to ensure the recruitment service is delivered in line with contractual obligations and client service level agreements.
- Leading vacancy consultation discussions to agree on recruitment plans with hiring managers, including role requirements, sourcing strategy, DEI requirements, pay range, timelines, responsibilities, and the selection process.
- Leveraging your experience, knowledge, and resources, working with sourcing and talent intelligence experts to develop effective strategies that enable you to deliver quality candidates and influence hiring managers.
- Providing expertise, thought leadership, and talent intelligence during recruitment discussions and vacancy briefing calls, ensuring a clear understanding of the client’s business, requirements, and unique selling points.
- Building and maintaining trusted relationships with senior hiring managers and stakeholders, executing end-to-end recruitment processes, advising them with insights and SME knowledge, and ensuring timelines are met.
- Championing your candidates by conducting honest career discussions, assessing suitability, and promoting the client’s brand to excite candidates about the role.
Must Haves:
- Experience hiring Investment Banking Equities roles.
- Experience sourcing and creating talent pools for future hiring.
- Experience justifying specialized offers within the business context.
