Job description

This job is brought to you by Jobs/Redefined, the UK's leading over-50s age inclusive jobs board.

Neko Health is a Swedish health-tech company co-founded in 2018 by Hjalmar Nilsonne and Daniel Ek. Our vision is to create a healthcare system that can help people stay healthy through preventive measures and early detection. Neko has developed a new medical scanning technology concept to make it possible to do broad and non-invasive health data collection that is both convenient and affordable for the public. This requires completely reimagining the healthcare experience and incorporating the latest advances in sensors and AI. We are a remote first company with headquarters in Stockholm and over 300 employees across Europe.

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to support hiring across Hardware and Manufacturing Engineering at Neko Health. This is a mission-critical role for someone who can identify and close world-class engineers. The kind of talent who has built hyper-precise, high-performance systems.

As we scale our preventative health scanning technology globally, our hardware and manufacturing teams sit at the heart of innovation. From mechanical and electrical design to NPI, testing, and mass production. You'll be embedded within our Stockholm HQ, working closely with our Hardware and Manufacturing Functional Leads, and R&D leadership to shape teams that build truly category-defining products.

You'll be finding the engineers and builders who define how hardware meets health. People who raise the bar and solve for scalability, precision, and quality.

Responsibilities:

    • Support end-to-end hiring for Hardware, Mechanical, Electrical, Firmware, and Manufacturing Engineering roles.
    • Partner closely with Stockholm-based engineering and product leadership to deeply understand org needs and future team design.
    • Source, engage, and close top-tier talent from the most respected engineering orgs in automotive, robotics, medtech, and consumer hardware.
    • Build scalable hiring processes with a premium candidate experience, even for deeply technical, niche roles.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, influencing hiring decisions, role scoping, and long-term talent planning.
    • Champion our employer brand in the HW space, creating a strong reputation for engineering excellence and purpose-driven design.

Requirements:

    • 5+ years experience hiring across Hardware or Manufacturing Engineering, ideally in high-performance or regulated industries (e.g. automotive, aerospace, robotics, medtech).
    • Proven ability to hire top engineers from elite organisations
    • Deep understanding of HW org structures and how different engineering functions work together to ship a physical product.
    • Highly autonomous with a builder mindset. You're comfortable working with limited structure and can create clarity from complexity.
    • Exceptionally strong sourcing ability and a deep network in engineering-dense regions (Nordics, Germany, Netherlands, etc.).
    • Confident working directly with senior technical leadership and holding the bar on hiring quality.

We offer a dynamic work environment with a high degree of autonomy that fosters growth and development. If you are passionate about building a better healthcare system for everyone and you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you!
