Overview

Job Title: Senior Recruitment Support

Salary: Up to £33,000

Location: Sleaford, Lincolnshire (Hybrid)

Responsibilities
  • Senior Hiring: Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior, niche, and leadership positions
  • Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and advise on strategy
  • Build proactive pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, and headhunting
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience throughout the process
  • Agency & PSL Management: Manage and develop PSL/agency relationships to align with business goals
  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and fees to maximise value
  • Track performance and provide regular reviews to ensure efficiency and quality
  • Recruitment Strategy & Insights: Share salary benchmarking and market insights with hiring managers
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices supporting D&I goals
  • Monitor key recruitment metrics and identify improvements
  • Contribute ideas to evolve attraction and hiring strategies
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 2+ years\' experience in recruitment (including 1 year at senior/leadership level)
  • Experience managing PSLs and agency relationships with strong negotiation skills
  • Skilled in direct sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, headhunting)
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Positive, resilient, and motivated to thrive in high-volume recruitment
  • Preferred: 5 years\' experience across in-house and agency recruitment
  • Background in executive/retained search
  • Strong Excel skills and ATS experience
