We're now looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Recruiter to lead the way in hiring for our senior-level and support team roles across the business on a 6 month FTC basis. If you're ready to bring your expertise to a role that truly matters, we'd love to hear from you!

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

As our Senior Recruiter, you'll be at the heart of our mission to attract and retain top talent. You'll work closely with our Senior Operational Team and Heads of Functions, building strong relationships and delivering a recruitment experience that's second to none.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the unique needs of each role and tailoring attraction strategies to build strong candidate pipelines
  • Proactively sourcing high-calibre candidates using a variety of tools and techniques
  • Screening candidates to ensure a great fit - for them and for us - while showcasing why Avery is a fantastic place to work
  • Coordinating interviews, providing feedback, and ensuring a fair, consistent, and positive recruitment journey for all

  • Proven recruitment experience within the Healthcare sector, ideally in Care Home environments
  • A proactive approach to sourcing and building candidate pipelines
  • A strong understanding of internal recruitment and stakeholder engagement
  • Solid knowledge of UK Right to Work processes
  • Confidence using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • A collaborative, team-focused mindset
