  • Proactive Sourcing: Focus on proactively identifying and attracting top talent across the EMEA region through networking, internet research, cold calling, events, and conferences.
  • Strategic Recruitment: Develop, implement, and execute tailored recruiting strategies that meet the unique needs of each hiring manager and business unit. Ensure all job descriptions and person specifications are compliant with local law and provide realistic job previews.
  • Project Management: Lead and manage recruitment campaigns in compliance with local employment legislation and company policies. Guide hiring managers on best practices for interviewing and selection.
  • HR Collaboration: Partner effectively with the broader HR team to align recruitment efforts with overall talent management strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with leaders, hiring managers, and HR business partners across all levels of the organization. Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding: Elevate the company's employer brand through targeted initiatives and campaigns.
  • Performance Tracking: Continuously track and report key recruitment metrics, such as requisition status, open positions, agency usage, and time-to-fill, to the regional recruitment manager.
  • Candidate Experience: Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing timely updates and personalized feedback to enhance the overall candidate experience.
  • Additional Projects: Contribute to the development and delivery of internal interview skills workshops and participate in regional and global HR projects as needed.

The Individual

  • 5+ years track record as an in-house Recruiter, with experience operating across multiple countries in the EMEA region.
  • Expertise in crafting and executing effective sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and trust with candidates and hiring managers, acting as a consultant and advisor throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various teams and departments within the company.
  • Interviewing: Proficiency in different interviewing techniques (e.g., behavioural, structured, panel) to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Strong experience recruiting talent in the energy (oil/gas) sector is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to partner with business leaders, understanding their industry-specific challenges and recruitment needs.
  • Recruiting across the EMEA region, particularly in Nordic countries, is highly desirable.
  • Experience of utilising Workday ATS.
