The Senior Recruiter acts as a brand ambassador for their client and partners with hiring managers in a consultative capacity. They focus on delivering top talent and providing proactive communication on search status. They stay informed on industry trends impacting recruitment and mentor team members. They operate as a Recruitment Business Partner, supported by Sourcing and Admin teams.
