We have an exciting new opportunity available for 3 Senior Recovery Workers to join our brand new Lancashire Supported Living Rehabilitation Service Inspiring Minds East, based in Burnley, Lancashire, BB11 1UG.
Salary: £24297 per annum
Hours: 35 per week working shifts 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm. Some sleep-in shifts will also be required working 10pm-8am paid at an additional rate.
This is a brand new service and you will be joining a new team. The service is due to open mid June 2025 with Induction planned for staff from 1st June 2025.
The service contains 9 beds and will provide intermediate short term rehabilitation support to adults with mental health needs, learning disabilities and individuals on the autistic spectrum and is designed to be a personalised, interactive and collaborative process, reflecting the whole person. It will enable individuals to maximise their potential to live a full and active life within their family, social networks, education/training and the workplace where appropriate, in the context of their mental health and promote recovery.

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on individuals' lives? We are seeking dedicated Senior Recovery Workers to join our new team!
You will provide support and care to the people living at the service who have various mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
You will deliver a range of recovery focused interventions to promote social inclusion, recovery, well-being and independence. You will also support access to employment, education and training opportunities in line with the service level agreement.
The successful candidate will also take on senior tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management to ensure that the service runs effectively day to day and will be involved in developing the service.
The successful candidate will have a Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) or be willing to work towards this.
Previous experience of working within a mental health setting and having the knowledge of understanding and working with people with a variety of complex needs is essential for this role. Experience of managing/leading others would be an advantage.
