Are you a compassionate leader with a passion for supporting recovery and driving positive change? Join our dedicated team as a Senior Recovery Practitioner and help shape the future of substance misuse support in your community.

The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Recovery Practitioner. You will support staff and service users. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, your expertise will contribute to effective interventions, improved health outcomes, and meaningful progress in recovery across the community.

You will require the following:

1. Experience of line management.
2. Be part of a high-performance team focused on outcomes and innovation.
3. Line management responsibilities for a team of recovery & wellbeing practitioners, ensuring best practices in substance misuse support.
4. Provide expert advice and guidance to individuals experiencing substance misuse challenges.
5. Manage a caseload of complex cases, developing tailored care plans supporting harm reduction, recovery, and treatment access.
6. Offer non-judgmental, trauma-informed interventions in a safe and supportive environment.
7. Coordinate with local services to reduce barriers faced by service users.
8. Contribute to and attend relevant multi-agency meetings.

The Service

This established Community Integrated service is well-performing and highly functioning. It is CQC registered to provide clinical interventions including BBV & health interventions, OST, and community detox, alongside a comprehensive psychosocial and recovery-focused model.
