Join Our Client as a Senior Receptionist!


This permanent, full-time role is based in Newcastle Upon Tyne and offers a starting salary of £28,000.


Position Details:

Position: Senior Building Receptionist
Location: Newcastle
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Full Time (Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week)
Salary: £28,000
Driving Required: Yes
Parking: Free parking available


The interview process will consist of two stages with the client.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop positive relationships with clients and act as a liaison between tenants and the organisation.
  2. Prioritise and plan your work according to the needs of the site.
  3. Assist in projects and contribute to the goals and objectives of the business plan.
  4. Oversee the upkeep of the spaces and assist with general administration tasks.
  5. Provide reception cover when needed.
  6. Manage invoicing and monitor ongoing expenditure, alerting the Management Team to any variances.
  7. Drive occupier engagement through meetings, working groups, and networking events.
  8. Complete daily safety tours and property inspections, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications and Experience:
  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role is essential.
  2. Strong communication and customer service skills are a must.
  3. Ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and demonstrate vision and passion.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. A good understanding of operational finance is also beneficial.
  6. Access to own transport is desirable.
