Role: Senior Receptionist (+ Admin)

Location: Manchester

Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week

Contract: Permanent - Monday to Friday

Salary: £27,000 to £28,000 depending on experience

We’re looking for a Senior Receptionist to join our team at the prestigious HCA UK Primary Care Team in Manchester. From time to time you may be asked to work at our Wilmslow Clinic too, and travel for this will be paid.

As a Senior Receptionist you will be accountable for management of Front of House within your clinic. You will provide a caring and efficient patient experience from start to finish, constantly delivering high quality five star customer care to both internal and external clients. You will also be able to get involved with some administration work in addition to your reception duties

This is a fabulous opportunity for you to work in a wonderful location as part of our friendly and supportive Primary Care team.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome all patients, visitors and staff to the Front of House area, providing information and dealing with enquiries in a friendly and professional manner at all times
  • Book appointments correctly and accurately for all type of appointments requested face to face or for follow up appointments
  • Accurately register and update of patient details on the relevant practice management systems
  • Working collaboratively with the GPs, Technicians, Patient Navigator & Resource Management
  • Line manage Reception staff at your site, ensuring continual development, coaching and training is delivered

What You'll Bring

  • Good general level of education
  • Computer literate
  • Previous reception experience is essential, ideally within healthcare
  • Previous people management experiment desirable
  • Proven ability to work flexibly and accurately with changing priorities and deliver a confidential and high-quality customer-focused service.
