Portico is searching for a Senior Corporate Receptionist to join our front of house operation at the offices of a global investment company in the city.
From the friendly welcome to the fond farewell, and everything in between, our team manages the entire visitor experience at this exciting location. They are the go-to people in the office, covering a wide range of tasks.
This hands-on and varied role encourages you to create an exceptional welcome for both staff and visitors. You will also be involved in meeting room management, including booking, setup, and escorting guests and clients to relevant rooms.
You will work closely with service providers to ensure a seamless experience for all staff using the environment. Additionally, the Senior Receptionist will assist the Front of House Lead in supervising the team, setting standards, coaching, and guiding development.
Hours: 40 hours per week, shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £36,000
We seek a friendly individual passionate about service and detail-oriented, willing to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional client experiences. Strong organisational and communication skills, along with proactive task management, are essential.
Previous Supervisory Experience is Essential.
Candidates must have corporate experience.
