Job Description:

Gaucho is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate, eager to grow within a high-end environment, and demonstrate warmth and personality towards guests, embodying the Gaucho ambassador role.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Maintaining skills and product knowledge as taught at the Gaucho Academy.
2. Attending and responding to all post-academy company training.
3. Demonstrating a positive attitude towards the role and teamwork.
4. Supporting and training new team members.
5. Preparing the restaurant for service and closing duties to standard.
6. Greeting guests warmly and guiding them according to Cycle of Service standards.
7. Transferring guests smoothly from the bar to tables, ensuring proper seating.
8. Monitoring section, cover, and status information during service and reporting issues.
9. Thanking guests upon departure.

Requirements for the Receptionist role:

• Previous experience as a Receptionist.
• Enthusiasm for hospitality and working in a fast-paced environment.
• A warm and hospitable personality.
