Responsibilities

Key elements of your role as Senior Receptionist include ensuring all our guests receive a positive, warm and professional first impression of the restaurant. You will assist the Reception Manager in building an efficient department by taking an active interest in the team\'s welfare, safety, and development. You will also supervise other receptionists, ensuring that the correct standards and methods of service are maintained.

Responsibilities also include managing guest needs, coordinating with front-of-house and other teams to ensure smooth operations, and contributing to a high-quality guest experience.

About you: You love to go the extra mile for guests and wow them with your professionalism. You have excellent English language skills and feel confident dealing with guest and team member needs.
