Job summary

Roche Welwyn is seeking an experienced RWD Scientist to generate insights from real-world data to support clinical development and regulatory decisions. You will design observational studies, help shape data strategy, and collaborate across Development and the broader Pharma organization.

The role requires a Master’s or PhD in Epidemiology/Biostatistics/Data Science and at least 5 years’ experience with RWD analyses, familiarity with regulatory frameworks, and strong communication to explain

Qualifications

• Master’s or PhD in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Data Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with RWD analyses or epidemiological studies.
• Familiarity with RWD platforms and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
