We have seen a growing demand for experienced Property specialists within the legal profession, particularly at the senior level. - Lead domestic and international real estate transactions for clients in infrastructure, retail, and government.
- Advise on development, investment, and leasing matters; draft and negotiate key real estate documents.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams; strong experience in due diligence and asset/portfolio management required.
- Handle acquisitions, sales, leasing, and development for commercial clients including pension scheme providers.
- Draft and review contracts and titles; mentor junior staff and manage client relationships.
- Requires 6+ years’ PQE with strong communication skills and a client-focused approach; competitive benefits offered.
- Advise on hotel, leisure, and city-centre development projects, including Build-to-Rent and luxury hotel deals.
- Work with funders, owners, and operators on acquisitions, expansions, and management agreements.
- Collaborate with banking, planning, and construction teams; 6+ years’ PQE in commercial real estate preferred.
- Senior-level role leading a national firm’s expanding real estate team; opportunity for career progression.
- Expertise in development, finance, leasing, and asset management; team leadership expected.
- Ideal for 6+ years’ PQE lawyers; client following welcome but not required.
- Manage diverse transactions across retail, leisure, healthcare, and investment sectors.
- Handle acquisitions, leasing, development, portfolio management, and funding work.
- Suitable for 5+ years’ PQE up to Partner level; offers direct client engagement and business development opportunities.
- Advise on large-scale energy infrastructure projects (solar, wind, battery, hydrogen) for high-profile clients.
- Focus on property elements of nationally significant developments.
- Requires 4+ years’ PQE and qualification in Scotland, England & Wales, or both; excellent training and benefits offered.
