Job summary

QED Legal LLP, a Lancashire-based full-service commercial law firm, seeks a senior hire to head up their real estate team. This role offers senior partnership and the chance to lead some of the region’s largest and most complex deals.

Ideally you will reside nearby and have a following; however, those without one are welcome as a new challenge is on offer. Salary £70,000–£90,000 plus benefits and a lucrative bonus scheme, with a focus on work/life balance and flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• This appointment is suited to an existing Real Estate Partner or Senior Associate with a minimum of 8 years' PQE.
• You will be involved in large, technically complex commercial property deals with high-profile clients.
• There is a strong emphasis on work/life balance and a remote/hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Head up the Real Estate Team and drive strategic growth.
• Manage client relationships and deliver high-quality real estate advice.
• Collaborate with directors to progress and grow the team, with face-to-face client contact as needed.
