Sellick Partnership is working with a top-tier Legal 500 firm to appoint a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team, handling high-value commercial property transactions for developers, investors and corporate occupiers. You will lead on acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects, with close collaboration across planning, construction and finance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' PQE in commercial property.
• Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects.
• Ability to manage client relationships and supervise juniors.

Responsibilities

• Lead on a wide range of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, leases and development projects.
• Collaborate with planning, construction and finance teams on integrated transactions.
• Support business development and grow client relationships.
• Supervise junior lawyers and contribute to team leadership.
