Spencer West is seeking an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 10 years PQE to join our team, focusing on post-completion reconciliation and compliance matters.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial or residential property transactions, with meticulous attention to detail in handling registrations, SDLT filings, and regulatory compliance.

You will work with a team of qualified lawyers and experienced paralegals, managing post-completion processes, including Land Registry applications and SDLT submissions.

Your responsibilities will also include:

• Ensuring compliance with AML, CQS, and other regulatory requirements.
• Reviewing and reconciling completion statements, financial records, and transaction documents.
• Liaising with clients, agents, and lenders to resolve post-completion queries.
• Overseeing file audits and maintaining best practices in compliance.
• Providing guidance to junior team members on complex post-completion issues.

You will be a qualified Solicitor/CILEX/CLC in England & Wales with 10+ years PQE in Real Estate and have strong technical knowledge of post-completion procedures, Land Registry, and SDLT with exceptional organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
