Job summary

Chadwick Nott is seeking a Senior Property Litigation Solicitor for a Hampshire-based role in its Real Estate Finance practice. The candidate will handle a broad range of lender and borrower matters, including development finance, investment acquisitions, refinancing, bridging facilities and secured lending work.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior lawyers, gain direct client exposure, and have a clear progression path with leadership opportunities as the team grows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE in real estate finance or property litigation.
• Experience advising on development finance, investment acquisitions, refinancing and secured lending.
• Ability to supervise juniors and lead as the team expands.
• Strong technical ability and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Advise on development finance, investment acquisitions, refinancing transactions, bridging facilities and secured lending work.
• Cultivate client relationships and provide strategic advice on complex property matters.
• Supervise and mentor junior solicitors and support staff.
• Contribute to business development and cross‑sell opportunities.
