Job summary

UTMOST WEALTH SOLUTIONS seeks a Credit Ratings Senior Analyst to develop and maintain risk and rating frameworks for Real Estate Credit, and to conduct in-depth portfolio analysis.

You will contribute to annual rating methodology reviews, engage with fund managers and asset classes, participate in Credit Committees, and ensure audit-ready documentation while complying with FCA/PRA conduct rules.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Real Estate Credit ratings or risk roles.
• Knowledge of key risks and controls for Real Estate Credit.
• Experience with regulatory UK life office environment.
• Strong stakeholder and people management skills.
• Ability to present to the Board and Senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain risk and rating framework for Real Estate Credit.
• Analyze Real Estate Credit portfolio and communicate outcomes.
• Complete annual rating methodology reviews for external and internal ratings.
• Collaborate with fund managers on asset classes and transactions reviews.
• Monitor portfolio information flow and ongoing monitoring.
• Own internal rating procedures and criteria development.
• Contribute to internal model development for Real Estate Credit risk.
• Participate in Credit Committees with robust challenge.
• Maintain records of rating decisions and methodology updates.
• Monitor market and regulatory developments impacting Real Estate Credit risk.
• Data management and process improvement.
• Support wider investment team and CIO as required.
• Comply with FCA/PRA conduct standards.
• Notify regulators of matters to be notified.
