Job summary

Indesure Recruitment is seeking a Real Estate Senior Account Handler to manage UK and European Casualty real estate claims from cradle to grave, focusing on Public Liability injury and TPPD. The position is hybrid with Chelmsford or Glasgow offices, offering up to £41,000 plus bonus.

Responsibilities include desktop handling, coverage and reserve investigations, client liaison, and producing management information.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years casualty claims-handling experience.
• Strong Public Liability and TPPD knowledge.
• Experience cradle-to-grave claims handling.
• Knowledge of UK claims protocols including the low-value claims portal.
• Able to manage a significant caseload and client accounts.
• Professional claims qualification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Desktop handling of UK and European casualty claims.
• Investigating policy coverage, liability and reserves.
• Managing delegated and non-delegated claims.
• Acting as a technical referral point when required.
• Managing client accounts and attending client meetings.
• Liaising with insurers, brokers, insureds and adjusters.
• Producing client reports, MI and performance information.
• Managing files proactively and meeting SLAs.
