Job summary

Indesure Recruitment is seeking a Real Estate Senior Account Handler to join the Casualty team. The role involves desktop handling of UK and European casualty claims, focusing on Public Liability injury and TPPD, with hybrid working across Chelmsford or Glasgow.

You will manage client accounts, liaise with insurers and brokers, and produce reports while meeting SLAs and providing proactive file management.

Qualifications

• Casualty claims handling experience in Real Estate is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Public Liability injury and TPPD.
• Experience managing claims from cradle to grave is preferred.

Responsibilities
