The role focuses on complex development and investment work for developers, investors and financial institutions, offering high-quality instruction and exposure to high-value matters.

Qualifications

4–8 years' PQE gained within a strong commercial property team.
Experience handling complex development and/or investment transactions.
The ability to manage high-quality client work with minimal supervision.
Strong technical skills and attention to detail.
A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a wider team.

Responsibilities

Advise on a variety of complex property transactions including development projects, investments and financing.
Develop and maintain relationships with developers, investors and financial institutions.
Contribute to business development and client engagement.
Work closely with colleagues across multiple offices to deliver high-quality solutions.
