Job summary

Achuman Capital in Belfast is working with a top tier national law firm to appoint a solicitor into its Real Estate team. You will advise a broad client base including developers, housing associations, investors and funders on residential and commercial property matters across Northern Ireland and the wider UK.

The role covers site acquisitions and disposals, development and regeneration, commercial lettings and pre-lets, and development finance.

Qualifications

• 0-4 years’ PQE required or equivalent
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong academic background
• Team player with ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a highly regarded Real Estate team, advising a broad client base including developers, housing associations, investors and funders on significant residential and commercial property matters across Northern Ireland and the wider UK.

The role involves advising on site acquisitions and disposals, development and regeneration projects, commercial lettings and pre-lets, and development and property finance. The successful candidate will work on major residential and commercial developments, supporting transactions throughout the development lifecycle while building strong relationships with clients and other key stakeholders.
