Job summary

TXP is seeking an experienced React Technical Lead/Senior Developer for a 3-month engagement in Birmingham with flexible remote options. You will lead front-end development with strong React skills and possess solid C#/.NET back-end capabilities, driving the design and delivery of enterprise-scale solutions.

The role involves data migration, integration, and technical design activities within an Agile delivery environment.

Qualifications

Strong Front end/React expertise in modern front-end development practices.
Experience as a Full Stack Developer - strong experience with C#/.NET and back-end API development.
Experience designing and developing enterprise-grade applications.
Proven experience working on data migration, ETL, or integration projects.
Strong understanding of relational databases and data modelling.
Experience contributing to technical design and architectural discussions.
Comfortable working within Agile delivery teams.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver enterprise-scale solutions across front-end and back-end systems.
Lead front-end system build, rebuild existing components, and support greenfield UX work.
Contribute to data migration, integration, and technical design activities.
Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Testing teams in an Agile environment.
