Job summary

JUXT is seeking a Senior React Engineer to join its Electronic Trading Technology team in London. You will build high-performance trading and market data applications used globally, with a focus on real-time data, low-latency streaming, and robust testing.

You will work across the stack, collaborating with backend engineers, and leverage technologies like WebSockets, Solace, Kafka and Aeron to enable scalable front-office systems.

Qualifications

• Experience building real-time, data-intensive applications.
• Experience with WebSockets, streaming data and event-driven architectures.
• Strong testing practices (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium etc.).
• Ability to work across the stack and collaborate closely with backend teams.
• Electronic Trading, Market Data or Low-Latency Systems.
• Solace, Kafka, Aeron or similar messaging technologies.
• AG Grid, Protobuf, FlatBuffers or SBE.

Responsibilities

• Develop front-office systems where performance, scalability and user experience are critical.
• Collaborate with backend teams to deliver integrated trading and market data applications.
