Job summary

JUXT is seeking a Senior React Engineer to join our Electronic Trading Technology team in London on a hybrid basis. You will build high-performance front-office applications used across global markets, focusing on speed, reliability and user experience.

You will work with real-time data, WebSockets, and streaming architectures, partner with backend engineers, and apply strong testing practices to deliver robust trading tools.

Qualifications

• Experience building real-time, data‑intensive applications.
• Experience with WebSockets, streaming data and event‑driven architectures.
• Strong testing practices with Playwright, Cypress or Selenium.
• Ability to work across the stack and collaborate with backend teams.
• Experience in Electronic Trading, Market Data or Low‑Latency Systems.
• Familiarity with messaging technologies (Solace, Kafka, Aeron).
• Experience with AG Grid, Protobuf, FlatBuffers or SBE.

We're looking for engineers with:

• Experience building real-time, data-intensive applications
• Experience with WebSockets, streaming data and event-driven architectures
• Strong testing practices (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium etc.)
• Ability to work across the stack and collaborate closely with backend teams
• Electronic Trading, Market Data or Low-Latency Systems
• Solace, Kafka, Aeron or similar messaging technologies
