Job summary

HireHi is seeking a Lead Front End Engineer to steer the architecture and development of React-based front-end applications for our financial operating system used in live events. You will stay hands-on while guiding performance, maintainability, and scalability across web products.

Collaborate with product and design to translate requirements into accessible, responsive UIs; partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs, payments, and real-time data; and own front-end tooling decisions,

Qualifications

• Lead/front-end engineer role with hands-on React required.
• Strong JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge and state management.
• Experience building high-performance, cross-browser web apps at scale.
• Ability to own technical decisions and navigate ambiguity in a startup/scale-up.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and development of front-end apps using React.
• Collaborate with product and design to create polished, accessible UIs.
• Partner with backend engineers to integrate APIs, payments, and real-time data.
• Make technical decisions on tooling, architecture, and pipelines.
• Mentor junior developers, perform code reviews, ensure best practices.
