The ideal candidate has previous food industry technical experience and HACCP Level 3 certification. Qualifications

• Experience in raw materials or supplier assurance is preferred.
• HACCP certification is essential.
• Strong skills in Excel and related specification systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage raw material specifications and supplier approvals.
• Perform risk assessments to meet safety and legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems and audits.

Skills

Previous food industry technical experience
