Job summary

Bestway Group is seeking a Range Manager to lead end-to-end range reviews across our wholesale trading business. You will partner with Buying and Category teams to plan, coordinate and deliver changes that meet customer needs and commercial objectives.

You’ll coordinate across Supply Chain, Operations, Depots and File Maintenance, build detailed implementation plans, monitor progress and ensure timely delivery while maintaining compliance with rangepanograms and category advice.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading range review, assortment planning, or category management.
• Commercial mindset with customer focus.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects across buying, supply chain, operations, and commercial.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual and periodic range reviews with cross-functional teams.
• Establish timelines, milestones, governance for range changes.
• Develop implementation plans and monitor delivery against timelines.
• Coordinate activities across Supply Chain, Operations, Depots, Buying and File Maintenance.
• Measure outcomes and provide recommendations to improve future ranges.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder alignment.
