Network Rail is seeking a senior construction leader to direct and assure safe, integrated and efficient delivery across the TRU West Alliance projects. You will translate programme requirements into executable construction plans and provide guidance to project teams.

The role requires substantial railway construction experience, a strong focus on safety and compliance, and the ability to coordinate interfaces with operations, maintenance and asset-management teams.

Competenze

• Experience in maintenance / construction management, processes and techniques.
• Knowledge of safety and compliance management processes.
• Substantial experience in an operational railway construction environment.

Mansioni

• Lead the construction management function for the portfolio, providing clear direction and timely decisions.
• Drive safe delivery by championing safety behaviours and ensuring inspections and close-call reporting are completed.
• Provide construction input to design, planning and delivery ensuring work is buildable and properly sequenced.
• Coordinate interfaces with Operations, Maintenance and other delivery disciplines for handback readiness.
