Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of rail structures projects (footbridges, access structures, and infrastructure-related structures) from concept to completion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with developers and contractors to generate new work and opportunities.
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers, fostering technical excellence and collaborative delivery.
• Contribute to strategic growth of the rail engineering offering within the practice.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and quality requirements across projects.
