Job summary

Hywel Dda University Health Board is seeking an experienced Radiology Quality and Governance Manager to lead quality, safety and governance across the Radiology service. This senior leadership role shapes the quality management system and supports accreditation across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire.

Qualifications

• BSc or equivalent in Radiography and HCPC registration.
• MSc in Radiography or management of quality & safety or equivalent.
• Postgraduate management qualification or extensive experience.
• Evidence of CPD and regulatory knowledge in Radiology.

Responsibilities

• Lead Radiology quality and governance activity including audits, risk, incidents, complaints and patient feedback.
• Develop and monitor the Radiology Quality Management Strategy and assurance framework.
• Analyse complex data, identify trends, and produce actionable reports and plans.
• Manage staff within governance portfolio and contribute to workforce planning.
