Job summary

Medical Imaging Partnership is hiring a Quality & Governance Senior Radiographer for the Brighton Diagnostic & Treatment Centre and satellite sites. The role leads quality assurance, clinical governance and patient safety, guiding imaging services across MRI, CT, Ultrasound and X-ray with emphasis on IR(ME)R compliance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires HCPC registration and BSc in Diagnostic Radiography.
• Demonstrates leadership and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of IR(ME)R, radiation safety and clinical governance.
• Experience contributing to clinical audit, quality assurance and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality assurance and clinical governance across the centre.
• Drive continuous improvement through clinical audit and service development.
• Ensure compliance with IR(ME)R, IRR and CQC standards.
• Support patient safety investigations and organisational learning.
• Develop and review policies, SOPs and clinical protocols.
• Collaborate with Radiologists and medical physics experts to optimise imaging practice.
• Mentor and develop radiographers and students.
• Promote a culture of learning, safety and clinical excellence.
