A prominent healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated radiographer to join its plain imaging department across multiple hospitals. This role emphasizes participation in an on-call service and requires strong communication skills and adaptability. The ideal candidate will have a BSc in Diagnostic Radiography, HCPC registration, and a minimum of 18 months post-qualification experience.
We are looking to recruit a dedicated radiographer to work within the plain imaging department across all WUTH sites (Arrowe Park, Clatterbridge, St Catherine's and Victoria Central Hospitals). This staff member will have a specialist interest in IR/Cath Lab and will be trained to cover both areas and participate in the OOH service for both plain imaging and IR/Cath Lab.
We are seeking a dynamic individual who can engage with a broad range of teams, disciplines and staff. We actively encourage our band 6 Radiographers to engage with extra responsibilities e.g. RPS, H+S links, safeguarding and QSI champions. The Trust offers a wide variety of services including Trauma, Orthopaedics, Surgery, Women\'s and Children\'s, medicine and cancer services. We support CPD, advance practice and training and development of Radiographers, and we are embarking on QSI accreditation.
Successful applicant will contribute to the 24/7 service delivery of both plain film, IR and CL and participate in the IR on-call rota.
