A leading provider of NHS and private patient services is offering an opportunity for a Senior Radiographer at Renacres Hospital. The successful candidate will perform various radiographic procedures and ensure patient safety while working within a supportive, multi-disciplinary team. Qualifications

  • Current HCPC registration required.
  • DCR or BSc in Diagnostic Radiography needed.
  • Evidence of continued professional development (CPD).

Responsibilities

  • Perform a wide variety of general radiography and ultrasound.
  • Be part of the on-call team.
  • Work some Saturdays as required.

Senior Radiographer

We have an exciting opportunity for a Radiographer to join our team at Renacres Hospital

The department performs a wide variety of general radiography and ultrasound. As part of this role you will be part of the on-call team. The department is open between the hours of 8-8 and working some Saturdays will be required.

Main duties of the job

Renacres Hospital is a private hospital set in pleasant grounds.It consists of two operating theatres and an Endoscopy/ Ambulatory unit which performs a large variety of surgery, orthopaedics being one our main areas.It is supported by full diagnostic services CT, MRI and X-ray and Physiotherapy.

Qualifications
  • Current HCPC registration
  • DCR or BSc in Diagnostic Radiography
  • Evidence of CPD
Experience
  • Professional registration in the UK
  • Knowledge of radiation and patient safety
  • The ability to be able to work alone at times
  • Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • To be flexible, adaptable and be able to demonstrate a patient focussed attitude to delivery of the highest standards of clinical care
  • Good knowledge of IT
