Job description

An amazing new job opportunity has arisen for dedicated Senior Radiographer to work in an outstanding private hospital based in Central London area. You will be working for one of UK's leading health care providers.

This is a renowned private hospital in the heart of London, dedicated to providing world-class medical services with a commitment to patient care and well-being.

To be considered for this position you must hold HCPC Registration and 2 years of UK work experience as a Radiographer with a focus on MRI/CT, Theatre, Fluoroscopy, General X-ray & DEXA.

As the Senior Radiographer your key responsibilities include:

  1. Perform a wide range of radiographic examinations including MRI, CT, Theatre, Fluoroscopy, DEXA, and General Radiography with a focus on maintaining optimal image quality and patient safety.
  2. Ensuring that all patient examinations are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  3. Develop and implement care plans for patients, liaising with relevant stakeholders as required.
  4. Provide expert clinical advice and support to patients and their families throughout the imaging process.
  5. Ensure that all relevant clinical documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
  6. Work collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team to provide a seamless and integrated service to our patients.
  7. Contribute to the development and implementation of new imaging protocols and techniques.

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

  1. Proven expertise in operating MRI and/or CT equipment, with a deep understanding of imaging principles and techniques.
  2. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  3. Experience working in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  4. Excellent clinical skills and a proven track record of delivering high-quality patient care.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues alike.

The successful Senior Radiographer will receive an excellent competitive salary. This exciting position is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours a week from Monday-Friday with on-call participation.
