An exciting opportunity for an experienced RF IC Design Engineer to join a leading global tech innovator working on advanced wireless technologies including 5G and beyond. You'll be part of a skilled international team developing high-performance RF solutions in cutting-edge CMOS processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop RF sub-systems for next-generation wireless products
• Collaborate on system specification and architecture
• Drive circuit design from concept to silicon validation
• Tackle SoC integration and layout optimisation challenges
• Work closely with global teams across multiple time zones
• MSc or PhD in a relevant field
• 5+ years of industry experience in RF IC design
• Proven track record of delivering high-performance designs to production
• Strong knowledge of CMOS processes (16nm and below)
• Confident in RF system analysis, layout supervision, and problem-solving
• Familiarity with industry-standard design and simulation tools
• Experience with wireless system requirements and data analysis
