The Team Lead for the RF & Antenna Team will oversee the design, development, and delivery of complex RF systems within the UK defence industry. This role requires expertise in RF design (30MHz to 30GHz) and leadership skills to manage a high-performing team, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and high-quality solutions. • Experience in RF circuit design and testing at the component level across 30MHz to 30GHz, including LNAs, high-power amplifiers, filters, oscillators, synthesizers, and modulators.

• Proficiency in RF and antenna design tools (e.g., Microwave Office, HFSS).
• Knowledge of modern radio transceiver system architecture and design.
