Job summary

Parexel International is seeking an R-focused Senior Statistical Programmer to join our team in the UK (and other locations). This role provides technical expertise for clinical trials and acts as an internal expert on statistical programming tasks.

You will lead programming activities, review SAPs, deliver SDTM/ADaM datasets, tables and listings, ensure QC and regulatory compliance, and mentor staff. Strong English skills, university degree, and ability to manage global projects are essential;

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent.
• Proficiency in R required.
• Strong written and verbal English.
• Experience leading a global team.
• Extensive programming and reporting knowledge.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Lead statistical programming teams to deliver studies on time and within budget.
• Develop and QC SDTM/ADaM datasets, tables and listings.
• Review SAPs and dataset specifications; ensure QC per standards.
• Coordinate start-up activities and global programming initiatives.
• Provide consultancy to sponsors on statistical programming tasks.
