Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers

We are seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers to join our expanding team in Manchester, Birmingham, and London. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic organization with a strong reputation for restructuring and rescuing distressed organizations.

Leonard Curtis is a leading professional services firm across the UK and Channel Islands, specializing in restructuring, insolvency, funding, and law. Our multidisciplinary team supports business owners, investors, and stakeholders in both private and public sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct on-site audits and verify debtor ledgers
  • Perform pre-contract lending reviews
  • Evaluate commercial systems and management capabilities
  • Advise on resolving disputed accounts
  • Assess contracts for funding opportunities
  • Coordinate with funders and stakeholders
  • Forecast and monitor cash flow
  • Manage debtor and WIP ledger collections for Administrators and Liquidators
  • Handle additional tasks as needed

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 10 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
  • Degree educated
  • MRICS or FRICS qualification
  • Strong numerical skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction contracts and the sector
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Personable, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented
  • Experience in fast-paced professional services environments is preferred
