Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager within major infrastructure projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge, including NEC forms of contract.
• Experience in cost management, procurement, forecasting and financial reporting.
• Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

Due to continued success and a strong pipeline of work, our client is looking to appoint a Quantity Surveyor, Senior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager to support the delivery of major infrastructure programmes across the South West and wider UK. Key Responsibilities
