Job summary

Saxton Recruitment LTD is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial activities on major design and build projects in Toronto. You will review Prime Contracts, identify obligations and risks, and manage relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.

The package includes a basic salary of £90k–£100k, a profit-related bonus (£10k–£30k) and a tax-free relocation package (£10k–£20k), plus a 6% matched pension. Eligible for ongoing career progression with a Tier 1 contractor.

Qualifications

• Experience on large scale projects £25m+ in value.
• Ability to review Prime Contracts and identify obligations and risk.
• Experience with Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review Prime Contract to determine obligations, liabilities and highlight risk.
• Develop risk register & key contractual obligations from Contract review.
• Maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and implement Change Management procedures.
• Analyse bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
